These mini top hats or riding hats are useful for many periods, steampunk and gothic aristocrat costumes. They have been seen at weddings, tea parties and steeplechase events. They are mostly one of a kind. They measure 5" tall. The brim is 9" long and 8" wide. There is adjustable elastic that goes in the back of the head under the hair.
