Cotton velveteen wizards have spines to keep them upright. They also have a stretch band with adjustable elastic, a small crystal jewel in front and a tassel. These hats will fit up to 24" inches, the low end of XL. If your head is larger than this consider the Quilted Velvet Wizards, they run a little larger.  

The brim measures 2 1/4" wide and the height is 16".
