Tall hats are built with a plastic crown and laminated cardboard and covered with brocade or chenille fabric. The brim is 2" wide and the crown is 5" tall.  Trims will vary. Good for the Elizabethan period. The photo of the gentleman in costume is of a different sage fabric but shows the style in action
